One of the most hyped-about superhero movies of all time is also making the Georgia economy some big bucks. As part of Atlanta’s bid to become the next Hollywood, the state of Georgia have been luring big movie and television productions down to the Peach State, and it’s been paying off.
Marvel’s newest venture, Black Panther, has made Georgia almost $90 million in revenue from local vendor and small business purchases. The VP of Marvel had nothing but good things to say about Georgia and continues to bring productions there, including Avengers: Infinity War, which will be released later this year. Looks like the movie business is booming for Georgia and there is no sight of it slowing down!
